SO DISSAPOINTED WHEN I Drove to rockfest '10 in IA to hear Halestorm already on the stage. Jumped out of the passenger seat to get a glimpse, ran down the hill. Lzzy said THank YOU EVERYONE GOODNIGHT . Depressing, really. Second chance Aug 20th! This time Halestorm comes on at like 6:40 which is AWESOME. Soo not worried about it =)

I went to see Red and Trapt in Spokane beginning of the year 2009, and thought I had to "endure" the cover bands. Lzzy started a cappella somewhere on the dark stage, this voice, just blasting through the air. My friends and I looked at each other with our eyebrows raised. Every song was amazing! I was hooked. In order of best live performance to worst, Halestorm won the night. Then Red. Then Trapt. And Trapt was the main event!!! Since then I can't get enough of these guys and I'm so happy to see their popularity growing!

My first Halestorm concert was at the Knitting Factory-Reno (7/16) and all I have to say is WOW! They totally rocked that night!!! For me personally, seeing them in a small venue makes it more fun and there is a connection between the fans and the band itself. I've seen a lot of concerts in my day from small clubs to large amphitheatres and this show in particular is up there in great shows that I have seen! I had the opportunity after the show to meet the band and have a pic with them and had them sign the posters that they were giving out that night. All I have to say is that they are geninually humble, nice, appreicative of their fans who come out and see them. It is awarding to know that there are still bands out there that will take the time and chat with their fans. Most of the time, a person has to pay extra for a "Meet and Greet" session. Thank you for a great evening enjoying what you do and that is ROCK!!!!!

My first Halestorm was in Bend Oregon. i had never even really heard any of their music before, but i knew that my girlfriend loved them. i figured that if she liked them they cant be too bad and i could tell her stories about it. once i got there i found out that there would be a total of like 30 people attending and that the 3 other bands (New Medicine, Since October, and Adelita's Way) were not bad either and due to the more intimate experience i would be able to sit around and hang out with all of the band members. i ended up buying 2 t- shirts and their cd, i love them now. i only regret that i did not get on their mailing list

Friday night (July 16) at the Knitting Factory in Reno. It was 90-plus degrees and sunny all day, but on my way to the concert house, I got caught in an actual, real, ice-falling-from-the-sky hailstorm. We get hail about once every five years around here, and this time, it happened to be on the day Halestorm was in town. It only lasted about ten minutes, but I thought that was pretty cool.

At the meet 'n' greet before the show, I talked with the band about it a bit; Lzzy said she kept getting excited as they flipped through radio stations on the drive into town, then realizing they weren't talking about the concert, they were talking about the weather. I can see how that would be kind of disappointing.

Halestorm, by the way, are some of the coolest, nicest, most genuinely friendly people I've met in forever. The kind that thank you for coming to their show and really mean it. We spent about 20 minutes backstage with them before being herded back out for the show.

New Medicine, Since October and Adelitas Way were all awesome openers. But then Halestorm hit the stage, and the place exploded. Lzzy absolutely owned the stage, and Arejay is crazy-fun to watch. The drum solo/circle was as amazing as I'd heard. They may be the best live act I've ever seen, and that's saying something (it means they topped Metallica, Megadeth and Alice Cooper, among others).

After the show, they did another meet 'n' greet for everybody (not just VIP package buyers), and they remembered me BY NAME from before. They even posed for another picture with me, since the one I'd gotten earlier came out kind of blurry. I thought I only got the new one with Lzzy and Arejay, but Josh and Joe crashed it without my knowing. Not that I'm complaining; I was making kind of a goofy face in the picture, but compared to Joe's expression, I looked totally normal.

I cannot say enough good things about this band, both as performers and as people. Best night I've had in forever. Come back to Reno soon, guys!

My first Halestorm show was here in Albuquerque Last night 7/13/10. WOW! the music was incredible! I have seen many bands since 1985. I can honestly say Halestorm is one of the absolute best I have ever seen. Lzzy has an incredible voice. This band has "it" they love what they do and they honestly care about their music and their fans. The crowd was way too small for this super talented band, but I have a feeling this will not be the case for very long. Meeting the band members after the show is an experience I won't soon forget. When you talk to them they look you in the eye and listen with genuine interest in what you have to say. They are very nice people that truely appreciate their fans. I hope they never lose this quality. ROCK ON!!!

This group put their heart and soul into every note thats played!
the crowd was small because of lack of promotion, but didnt stop them from putting on one hell of a show!!
