Modified a butterick pattern. Feathers are at the shoulder and matching set would be in the back. The front sparkle purple part would be a purple sparkle lace over black material. Rhinestones would like the inner vertical waist lines. Would look great with heels or knee high boots. A thick black and purple choke collar would look great too.
