I can relate to your family. My daughter is only 8 and sings pat bennatar, and we take her to all kinds of concerts like foreigner, Bon jovi, aerosmith. She takes Vocal lessons weekly, and i woke up one morning to hear he singing the acoustic version of ( it's not you ).

But i like to play Eric clapton,buddy guy, rock n blues .
Hear is what I love : when Joe plays the acoustic like jimmy page, and when lzzy sounds like nancy wilson beltin the vocals...Can't even have words to explain how perfect it is. You Guys have formulated the perfect storm (name for an album). The 70's and 80's had more substance and was wider and fuller in dimension. Put a dark melody, yet bright lead, soulful beat,with some 80's hard rock vocals and you got the perfect storm... I can hear the stripped down version of the song through what you build them into.I hear a little janice joplin in ( takes my life) I wonder if you hear what you create the way i hear your influences......Love it. You have that THING that became exstinct, We didn't notice what was missing until we started hearing it again...Hence the rebirth of female heavy rock band/artist. Bring it back, and make it stronger...You are the only one in this game whether you realize it or not.

8 year old daughter was singing one of your songs from you tube, 10 hours later i saw halestorm on jimmy fallon...now i'm hooked.
