Here in Reno, we get hail about once every five years. The last time it happened, it was 90 degrees out in the middle of July.
It was also the day Halestorm came to town. I was on my way to the venue when the hail started falling. Apparently so was the band; Lzzy told me about how they were flipping through radio stations on the drive into town and getting excited when they'd hear someone talking about a hailstorm blowing into town... and then realizing they were listening to a weather report.
