I didn't agree to automatically re-up my membership and, in fact, I have a year free coupon I was going to use that came with the Live in Philly CD. Who do I talk to about this? Not very happy right now.

I'm still having issues logging into the EOTS. Got the correct merch package yesterday, so that's all good! But it's still redirecting me after log-on back to the "Create an Eye of the Storm Account or Sign in" screen. So I can't see any of the Fan Club specific content. =\
Just wondering if anyone else is still having issues?
I paid for my EOTS membership and even received the merch, but I'm not listed as a member??? WTF?
I renewed myself on 12/31/11 and just got my EOTS merch yesterday. No problems there. I just have the same fan site issues with trying to log in.

@DetroitStorm We know it isn't the band's fault :) Totally appreciate your efforts on our behalf. Detroit was very quick responding to me on twitter. I asked her to follow me so I could DM her with the issues (no need to provide drama to the masses), and she took note of everything and promised to make it right. I look forward to getting this year's merch package, black is my favorite color. :)
i also have issues with logging in. I can do it, but I must try repeatedly. I'm not sure why it works one time and does not the next. I haven't rec'd my merch, yet, either.

Nickie, I don't know if the codes are still coming with new copies of Live in Philly, but i can confirm that if they are, they're online-only codes. They get you access to the EotS-exclusive sections of the website, but no merch.
I have a couple questions: When you purchase a Live in Philly DVD/CD, do you still receive a code in it for one free year of the Eye of The Storm membership?
& When you use the code, do they send you the t-shirt package with it?

I renewed my membership on 11/30/11 and havent recieved the new package yet. Also, i am unable to log onto the Eye of the Storm site.
I've been having issues simply logging into the Eye of the Storm. Every time I log in it takes me back to the "Log in or become a member" page. I've tried changing my e-mail different browsers and different computers but it just doesn't seem to want to work. I've not recieved my package yet, however I just signed up about a week ago, but I have only been charged once for the package so that's not an issue for me personally.
Same as "Embers" and "tksquirt": Unauthorized debit, I got the same package as last year, and I can't log into the eye of the storm! :(
I hope they'll fix all these issues!
I want to Apologize to ALL of you on behalf of the band and myself (HS Merch girl)...
we have been in a battle with getting the fan club on track and all the issues fixed... we are making a list of everything that has happened and management is helping us make it right..
in NO WAY shape or form is this the bands fault its simply the company that majority of record labels use for the fan clubs again...the band is doing everything in their power to change these issues and make it right!

Everyone please be patient ! Detroit and the band feel bad as is. Artist direct just dropped the ball BIG TIME ! So please don't be angry with the band.
And I just heard back from Detroit. She said she'll take a look at this thread and write it all down... the band is trying to fix this, folks!

Just to follow up on what I said before -- and I want to point out again that I'm not trying to speak for or represent anyone but myself, I'm just reporting the information as I find it -- Detroit tweeted this a few minutes ago (https://twitter.com/#!/DetroitStorm/status/152476353780920322):
"All of our fan club members so sorry about how artist arena is conducting your membership were making this right after the new year!"
So again, it's ARTIST ARENA, not Halestorm or Atlantic Records or Indegoot Management that's screwing this up, so please direct your anger to the right place. The band is aware of the problems, and they find them just as unacceptable as you do. Detroit's been talking for at least a year now about how they're not happy with Artist Arena and looking into other options; I can only assume the reason they're still using the service now is that they're locked into some kind of contract with them.
tksquirt I got the same package as last year also. This is bogus. First they debit without so much as a hello then they send last year's fan package?? Also I can't access the paid areas of the site any more! I can't log into the eye of the storm to read discussions exclusive to the paid memebership!!
so i just got the package in the mail and it is the same stuff as last year! so not only am I mad that I did not agree to pay for it but its not the new stuff they are advertising!
Email memberships@officialstormchasers.com; if that doesn't work, I'd recommend getting in touch with the band's merch girl, Detroit (detroitstorm@gmail.com, or try her on Facebook or Twitter); she doesn't technically handle the Artist Arena stuff, but she can probably put you in touch with the people who do. Give her a few days, though, since the band is on the road right now and she can't always get to her email right away.
Two other things you should probably know:
1. The code that comes with Live in Philly is an "online only" membership; you'll get access to the EotS-only sections of this website, but that's about all. No t-shirt or anything. Codes you get from meet and greet packages are the full deal.
2. Artist Arena has been all kinds of trouble for the band for well over a year now; A lot of people had some pretty serious issues getting their EotS merch last year. I actually talked to Detroit about it last December (a friend was having some problems using one of my full-membership codes from an MnG package), and she told me as much. Basically, this is Artist Arena screwing up, NOT the band or Atlantic Records. Just a third party who handles some of their fan-club stuff. I don't want to speak for Halestorm, or Atlantic, or Detroit, but I'd be very surprised if Artist Arena handles these matters after their initial agreement is up. There was already talk of "finding someone else" a year ago.
It doesn't appear anyone officially with the band or web team reads this discussion area as I've received no reply at all either here on in email. :( My debit card expires before they'll be able to hit it again for another year. Think I will ask for a new number.
