Haven't received prize yet?

Hello, I was just wondering if anyone out there knew who I could contact, in order to receive my prize for winning the "Official Halestorm Halloween Costume contest" back in October.  According to the blog, it said the winner would receive an autographed custom photo of the band and a gift pack from the merch store.  I did receive a Live In Philly 2010 Cd/Dvd, which I'm assuming is the gift pack prize but I NEVER RECEIVED the autographed custom photo, UNFORTUNATELY.  Just wondered what was going on with it?  So, again, if anyone would know whom I could contact...I would appreciate that so much...any info. would help....Thank You for your time!
