I am getting no response to needed questions and very unhappy with this site. Did not get my signed poster, no Meet and Greet and this is frustrating. I received a Hunter Hayes poster! Really? I want to know what I need to do to get a refund or something. Not happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
