Anyone know what is going on here? I renewed my membership and paid for the package (photo, hand signed letter and t-shirt)but I have yet to receive a package or an email. This is really starting to irritate me. Last time I renewed my membership there was no problem with this! It seems like everyone is having issues with this membership...
