While I'd never do that myself, simply because I'm a groupie (lol) and can't get enough Halestorm goodies for around the house, there will always be those that look to cash in on things like this. Why? Because there are always folks out there who for whatever reason can't make it to a show but would LOVE the signed memorabilia. Supply and demand, capitalism 101. Just remember, that ticket is only "worth" (in dollars and cents) what someone else is willing to pay for it. It's no different than those who sell the signed CD booklets, etc......just my two cents.
