The only way I can buy a VIP
The only way I can buy a VIP package is through this website (that I know of) and it's not processing, I'm having a great deal of trouble, and I'm getting quite discouraged, I would like this VIP package but I have no way of getting it because it keeps getting "stuck" That's my only problem.

I like a lot of the set-up.
I like a lot of the set-up. Although one suggestion I could recommend is redoing this discussion section into more of a traditional messageboard or forum set-up. It might be easier to navigate and such. You can also set-up areas for members of Eye of the Storm only through certain granted permissions, on the forum.
I know Lzzy and the guys communicate with us through Facebook and other media, but another suggestion I had was ways for them to interact with us through Eye of the Storm. I love that we get special presales for Meet & Greets (huge thing, so thanks!) but maybe they could do special chats with fanclub members. Or there could be Q&A sessions. That would be quite fun!
Another fanclub idea I had is maybe a 10% or 15% discount at the webstore for members, or even a special little store for fanclub members only with special merch.
Other than those random ideas, it is a nice site and I like it a lot!

Hello My FREAKS!!! just wondering if the VIP package that was purchased for the Dec. 27, 2012 show included a T-shirt? I was under the impression that was part of the package, I have a 11 year old daughter who keeps asking me when we are getting our shirts!!! Just so HALESTORM knows that the meet n greet was one of the best memories we'll ever have. Especially my daughter Sara, she LOVES the band so much. Remember LZZY she gave you the peace necklace at the meet n greet!!! Please let me know about the t-shirts, we were prompted for our choice of shirt, hat or other merchandise. THANKS AGAIN FOR ROCKIN OUR WORLD!! we'll be watching you at the Grammys!!!!

I am a writer with Rock Thiz Magazine, I am doing an article that will be the cover of the next issue. It is a small magazine, but I am in contact with their PR. I want to do a Google hangout with Lzzy after the show. So far no response, think we all could make enough noise to get her to do it? It would be posted freely on YouTube, not trying to make money but I do want the recognition that could get me a paying job in music journalism.

For those of you wondering about the fan club access that comes with your meet and greet packs if you will email the link at the bottom of the invoice they sent you when you bought your M&G (include a copy of the invoice in the email) and ask them to send you your fan club access code they will look it up for you! Hope this helps!

Here's to Halestorm. First thing since 2008 my life changed drastically when i lost my son Ethan (when he was 6) in an accident. After that my world just fell apart. I did best to stay positive and find purpose in my life. Music always worked best for me. I found you guys about a year ago, then went to the Seattle concert. I left feeling inspired and alive again. I have since started playing guitar and writing lyrics ( 9 so far) one of which i would love to have you guys put music to one of them.. thank you so much to each of you!!!! I mean it you guys helped me in a big way thank you so much.. And i am serious about wanting you to take one and make music for it. Take care and bless you all

Saw you in Charleston, SC a few weeks ago and will be buying tix for your Greenville, SC show Friday. Just wanted to let you know that the owner of "The Handlebar" is an a-hole and I know several people that will not go due to that fact. As a suggestion you may want to find a better venue next time your coming to that area. Also, it would be awesome to see you guys at "Wild Bill's" in Duluth, GA. Wild Bill's is a good central location for a lot of folks so turnout would be awesome. Looking forward to Jan. 26th. Good luck with all the awards coming up!
