So the official fan club is finally up and running! Good news, but it leaves me (and I'm sure anybody else who bought a meet and greet VIP package for the Familiar Taste of Tour through ArtistArena) with a couple of questions:
- That package was supposed to come with a free year's membership to the fan club. How do I go about collecting that?
- I bought two tickets through that promotion, for myself and another person, but they were part of the same purchase on the same credit card. Do I need to do anything special to get the two memberships assigned separately (one for me, one for the person I went to the show with)?
- I notice fan club membership includes a t-shirt and a laminate. So did the VIP package. I assume that the shirt and laminate that come with membership are the same ones that come with the VIP package (so I'm not getting an EXTRA shirt on top of the one that comes with membership). Am I assuming correctly?
If you haven't received an e-mail yet, drop a line to memberships@officialstormchasers.com and ask about it. They should be able to get it cleared up for you.
As far as the swag showing up, not yet. My e-mail (dated six days ago) says they expect to start shipping things out in 4-6 weeks, so now I'm probably looking at 3-5 weeks, plus transit time.
I too bought the VIP ArtistArena package for the Northern Lights show on April 25th and havn't recieved anything yet. Hopefully someone will contact me too with some info. "MIKE FROM RENO" did you get your t-shirt and other stuff yet? Does anyone know when that stuff will get mailed?

Yeah I am thinking the shirt and laminate are the same as the VIP although an extra one would be cool
