    I thought I'd try this avenue first before contacting the record company. My boyfriend would like to make Lzzy and Joe each a custom guitar. Any idea how to contact the band or someone repping them?

The best way to get in touch with the band members themselves is probably Twitter -- it's still kind of hit or miss since they're busy and they get a LOT of tweets directed at them, but they're really good about at least trying to stay in touch with fans. It may take a few tries, but that would be the method I'd use. They're @LZZYHALE and @TheJoeStorm on there (and the others are @ArejayHale and @Jodowa).

A more official way to do it would be to contact them through their management at Indegoot Entertainment (http://www.indegoot.com).
