ReAniMate was originally available as both a download and a physical CD, but once the initial run was gone, it was gone. Rumor has it, it had something to do with legal issues stemming from the Guns n' Roses cover (Axl Rose is fairly notorious for that kind of thing), but I don't think that's ever been officially confirmed by anyone publicly. It was never shipped to stores, so even when CDs were being sold, it was only through the official site and at their live shows.
Mz. Hyde hasn't been released in physical format, and it doesn't look like it will be, either. But everything on it will also be on The Strange Case Of.... in April, and that will almost definitely be available on CD.
I have "ReAnimate" on CD....and it's not a rumor about Axl
