    "It’s funny. Our first single went #1 on the Active Rock charts. We were all celebrating our first #1 on any format, and our management called, and all of these people started calling me. They were saying, 'You’ve made history. You are the first female-fronted band to make it to #1 on the Active Rock charts.' Of course, I was kind of taken aback by that, and told them they were all liars.

    Lzzy Hale is the subject of a massive interview in Rock. Nothing But... in which she goes into great detail about her band, her music, her tours, and even meeting one of her great idols, Pat Benatar.

This is a really good interview...and what an absolute honor to get the chance to talk with Pat Benatar like that (to actually have her say those things to Lzzy) that is the best ever!! So cool ;)
