I wanted to personally apologize for the postponement of today's show(Cedar Rapids, IA show on 5.13 is being postponed to July, 27, 2010) and the cancelation of the Springfield, MO show on 5.20. Both changes were unforseen. Because of all the craziness that is going on, there was no way for us to remedy this. But I know we will be back to Springfield soon, and am so glad we did not have to completely cancel our Cedar Rapids show. Love all of you, and respect the $&@! outta you all for driving great distances to see us, for buying tix, for getting our record, for rocking our faces off etc...and the guys and I vow to you, that canceling/ postponing never has been, and will not be something that we get into a habit of doing. It is truly the very last of the last resorts! Please accept my humble apologies. I will see and speak to all of u soon!

    nygal - I was at that show too on May 2! Lzzy still rocked the show while sick, and I give her major props! I can't imagine ever cancelling a shower could be easy - it's almost like telling a family member that you're going to be in the area, but not going to bother stopping by.

    As for the sinus infection - I got it from her. LOL Feeling better finally now, but it's been quite the week. I'm a singer as well, and singing with post nasal drip, a cough, and a sore throat is nothing easy.

    Keep rockin Halestorm!! Do what you know best and I can't wait to see you all again soon!! I luvs all of ya!

    I know this had to be out of your hands. If its any consolations for the fans that were to attend the canceled shows, you have to believe that if they could have performed they would. i attended the Mohegan Sun show on May 2nd and Lzzy had a sinus infection cough and still came out and rocked our faces off!!!! And then even still had their signing after the show!!

    this is awesome. thank you for sharing your thoughts on this. i was so ready for the Springfield show. it has been 6 months since i've seen you guys!! i miss you all! ah! ..you dont know how upset i was over this.. so i really hope to see you guys.. sometime in the near future!!!! love you guys!!

    I just ordered your CD off Amazon. Can't wait. Heard your band 'bout 6 months and fell in love with your-band voice/style. We are all human and life is out of our control sometimes. I'm sure your fans were disappointed about the postponement, but I doubt they will abandon you. They will only look forward to the new scheduled concert :) Best of luck to you .....I'm hearing your band on the radio more often around my area lately. That's great! People are noticing!!!!
